Rosewood AMAALA is an ultra-luxury wellness resort in Triple Bay, AMAALA, on Saudi Arabia’s north-west Red Sea coast, developed by Red Sea Global. Spread over about 40 hectares, the low-density resort has 110 keys — pavilions, suites and villas, many with private pools — set in landscaped clusters, plus 26 branded residences. Facilities include eight dining venues, a 2,100 m² Asaya spa with hammam, sauna and steam areas, fitness and movement studios and natural rock pools, with the wider destination powered by solar energy. IEC delivered the MEP Revit shop drawings and as-built drawings.
