What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), sector, project stage and project description.
- CV form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), discipline, years of experience, CV file and message (optional).
- Website statistics: we use Google Analytics and Jetpack (by Automattic) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. These use cookies and collect technical data such as your browser type and approximate location. They do not identify you by name.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To consider your application for current or future roles at IEC.
- To improve the website.
- We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and stored securely in our website system. The website and email are hosted by HostGator. CV files are kept in a private area that is not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months, unless they lead to a project.
- CVs: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner, or we hire you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
